Amor Menezes joined the UF Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering faculty in August 2017 after a year as an Associate Project Scientist with the California Institute for Quantitative Biosciences (QB3) at the University of California, Berkeley. He was a QB3 Postdoctoral Scholar from 2011 to 2016.
The Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering (MAE) was created in 2002 by merging two of the College’s oldest departments. MAE is an internationally recognized group of some 50 faculty , 280 graduate students and 970 undergraduates conducting exciting research and providing both undergraduate and graduate programs.
